Unbranded Serving

Your marketing is not our marketing, that's why we host your eMarketing Campaigns on an unbranded domain - like www.marketingdepartment.net.au, or even your own domain should you wish!

Why do we do this? Simple, if you don't have a webserver capable of hosting your own campaign, they need to sit somewhere they can be accessed, but you don't want your clients going to someone elses site. So we set the marketingdepartment.net.au domain up so that it looks as if it is coming from YOUR marketing department!

Bounces, unsubscribes and spam complaints

We can process all bounces and unsubscribes for you and your clients automatically, you can still see exactly who, when and why they left your list. We also directly integrate into a number of large ISP's like Hotmail and Yahoo! If any of your recipients at these ISP's marks your campaign as spam, we'll remove them from your list and provide detailed reports about who made the report and when.

By including a forward to a friend link in your campaign, you can easily see which subscribers are forwarding your email and who they're forwarding to.
